Dr. Bridget Lyman, DVM
Dr. Bridget Lyman grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado and learned to love animals at an early age. Particular favorites included the black bears that ambled through the neighborhood and the family's beloved Newfoundland dog. She studied Biology and Chemistry at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Indiana, and then spent a few years doing research in North Carolina. Bridget graduated from North Carolina State University's veterinary school. While she enjoyed her time in North Carolina, she is happy to be back in the West.
Bridget's veterinary interests include soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, exotic animal medicine, and reproductive medicine. She is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.
In her free time, Bridget enjoys exploring New Mexico's outdoors with her husband, Ted, and spending time with Higgins, her huge Newfoundland, and delightful rabbit, Gus.
